Ads and Logos

Send all ad artwork and company logos to admin@aptaaz.org. The preferred format is PDF or high-resolution JPG. The deadline to submit these items for inclusion in the conference program is April 4, 2026.

Exhibit Shipping

There are no provisions for shipping directly to the event site. If you must ship your exhibit items, please ship them to your hotel or other location for your retrieval.
